By accessing and using Devion's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Devion provides professional IT solutions including:
Payment terms are agreed upon contract signing. We offer flexible payment options including installment plans up to 12 months for qualified clients. All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Free technical support and maintenance is provided for 6 to 24 months for clients who have invested more than $5,000 MXN in our products or services. Support includes bug fixes, security updates, and technical assistance during business hours.
All custom software, designs, and solutions developed by Devion remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment completion. Devion retains the right to use general methodologies and techniques in future projects.
Devion's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our services are provided "as is" with industry-standard warranties.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all deliverables completed up to the termination date will be provided to the client, and payment for completed work is due.
